    This is why there are issues with the Stern tables in TPA when using a CPU that features HT. In TPA it is CPU bound, while in SPA it utilized the video card. The only difference between platforms was how certain shader elements were handled. There isn't "ROM emulation" these use the same Stern dll (running the "native" Stern ROM code) as they do in the Stern Pinball Arcade.
